Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 Cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
12 teapoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cream cheese filling
1 package cream chees softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg

Heat over to 350 degrees. Greason 13x9 pan with butter. Melt chocolate and margarine in 1 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. When it is done, set aside to cool.

Prepare cream cheese filling and set aside

Beat chocolate mixture, sugar, vanilla and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed 1 minute. Beat in flour and salt on low speed for about 30 seconds and then for 1 minute on medium speed. Stir in nut and chocolate chips. Spread half of the batter in the pan and then spred the cream cheese filling over the batter. Carefully spread the remaining brownie mixture over the cream cheese filling. Bake 45 t 50 minutes
